Phone Book

You can create and edit the telephone book.

  1. Press (SETTING).

  2. Select [Phone book], and then press (OK).

  3. Change the setting, and then press (OK).

  4. Press until the top screen is displayed.

Displays an item number.

Name

Sets a name of a destination. You can enter up to 24 one-byte characters.

Fax Number

Sets a fax number of a destination. You can enter up to 40 one-byte digits.

Group No.

Selects a group.

Delete

Deletes the registered speed dial.

Sort By Name

Sorts speed dials by alphabetical order.

Sort By Number

Sorts speed dials by registered numerical order.

Search

Searches for a speed dial.

Group No.

Edit/Register

No.

Displays an item number.

Name

Sets a group name. You can enter up to 16 one-byte characters.

Speed Dial

Sets a speed dial. You can register up to 100 e-mail addresses in a group.

Delete

Deletes the registered group.

Sort By Name

Sorts group by alphabetical order.

Sort By Number

Sorts group by registered numerical order.

Search

Searches for a group.
