Print From USB Memory Setup

You can set the initial values of the USB Memory function.

  1. Press (SETTING).

  2. Select [Admin Setup], and then press (OK).

  3. Enter the administrator password.

    The factory default password is "aaaaaa".

  4. Select [Enter], and then press (OK).

  5. Press to select [Print From USB Memory Setup], and then press (OK).

  6. Change the setting, and then press (OK).

  7. Press until the top screen is displayed.

Set the function that automatically switches paper to print from A4 to Letter if a tray runs out of A4 paper and Letter paper is loaded, or from Letter to A4 if a tray runs out of Letter paper.
