For the USB Connection

Connect this machine to a computer with a USB cable, and then set the language that is displayed on the operator panel.

Note

Check the status of this machine before working.

  • This machine is turned off.

  • This machine is not connected to a computer with a USB cable.

  1. Insert the "Software DVD-ROM" into a computer.

  2. When [AutoPlay] is displayed, click [Run Setup.exe].

    If the [User Account Control] dialog box is displayed, click [Yes].

  3. Select a language from the drop-down list.

  4. Read the license agreement, and then click [Agree].

  5. Click [Next].

  6. Select the model name of this machine, and then click [Next].

  7. Select [USB connection], and then click [Next].

  8. Click [Control Panel Language Settings].

  9. Select the model name of this machine, and then click [Next].

  10. Select the language you want to set to the machine from the list, and then click [Setup].

  11. Enter the password for the machine, and then click [OK].

    When the installation is complete, the setting completion screen is displayed.

  12. Click [OK].

  13. Restart the machine.
