Adjusting the Density When Printing

This section describes how to change the default setting of the density when printing. You can adjust the density in five levels.

  1. Press (SETTING).

  2. Press to select [Admin Setup], and then press (OK).

  3. Enter the administrator password.

  4. Select [Enter], and then press (OK).

  5. Press to select [Print Setup], and then press (OK).

  6. Press to select [Print Menu], and then press (OK).

  7. Press to select [Printer Adjust], and then press (OK).

  8. Press to select [Darkness], and then press (OK).

  9. Press or to select a value, and then press (OK).

    Memo

    [0] is the standard value. To increase the density for printing, select [+1] or [+2] (darkest). To decrease the density for printing, select [-1] or [-2] (lightest).
