Editing E-mail Body Text

If [Text] is set to [ON], the text is added to the e-mail. If your fax server supports the transmission of e-mail text, the text is included in the fax transmission data.

  1. Press (SETTING).

  2. Press to select [Admin Setup], and then press (OK).

  3. Enter the administrator password.

    The factory default password is "aaaaaa".

  4. Select [Enter], and then press (OK).

  5. Press to select [FaxServer Function], and then press (OK).

  6. Press to select [Environmental Settings], and the press (OK).

  7. Press to select [Text], and then press (OK).

  8. Press to select [ON], and then press (OK).

  9. Enter the texts.

  10. Select [Enter], and then press (OK).

  11. Press until the top screen is displayed.
