Registering a Specified Destination (History)

You can add an e-mail address to the address book from the transmission history.

Note

The transmission history displays only sent faxes whose destinations were directly entered.

  1. Press (SCAN).

  2. Check that [E-mail] is selected, and then press (OK).

  3. Press to select [Tx History], and then press (OK).

  4. Press to select an e-mail address, and then press (OK).

  5. Check the content, and then press (OK).

  6. Check that [Register to Address Book] is selected, and then press (OK).

  7. Press to select a number, and then press (OK).

    Memo

    You cannot select any numbers that are specified with the auto delivery function.

  8. Check that [Register] is selected, and then press (OK).

  9. Check that [Name] is selected, and then press .

  10. Enter a name.

    You can enter up to 16 characters.

  11. Select [Enter], and then press (OK).

  12. Press to select [E-mail Address], and then press (OK).

    Enter an e-mail address.

  13. Press (OK).

  14. Repeat steps 7 to 13 until you complete registering all the e-mail addresses.
