Registering the Fax Numbers and Sender Name

Set the fax number of the machine and sender information.

  1. Press (SETTING).

  2. Press to select [Easy Setup], and then press (OK).

  3. Enter the administrator password.

  4. Select [Enter], and then press (OK).

  5. Press to select [Fax Setting], and then press .

  6. Press to select the [Fax Number] entry box.

  7. Enter the fax number of this machine by using the 10-key pad.

  8. Check that [Enter] is selected, and then press (OK).

  9. Press to display the [Sender ID] entry screen.

  10. Enter any sender information.

    You can enter up to 22 characters.

    Memo

    When the recipient prints a fax, the sender information that you enter here is printed on the fax.

  11. Select [Enter], and then press (OK).

  12. When the Setup Menu screen is displayed, press .

  13. Select [Yes], and then press (OK).

  14. Press until the top screen is displayed.
