Checking Broadcast Destinations before Sending

  1. Set your document in the ADF or on the document glass.

  2. Press (FAX).

  3. Check that [Fax] is selected, and then press (OK) to open the start screen.

  4. Check that [Add Destination] is selected, and then press (OK).

  5. Specify all the destinations.

    Memo

    • If the number entered with the 10-key pad is wrong, delete the number and re-specify the correct number.

    • When many destinations are specified, you may not be able to check all of them at once. To check all the destinations, press to scroll the screen.

  6. Press (START).

    A fax number confirmation screen is displayed.

    If you want to delete the destinations, press (OK) to insert a check in the destinations you want to delete, and then press . Select [Delete The Address], and then press (OK).

  7. Press (START) to start transmission.
