Specifying a Scan Resolution

Specify a resolution to scan a document to obtain the most suitable quality.

  1. Press (SCAN).

  2. Set a document in the ADF or on the document glass.

  3. Select a scan type from [Scan Menu], and then press (OK).

  4. Press to select [Scan Setting], and then press (OK).

  5. Press to select [Image Settings], and then press (OK).

  6. Press to select [Resolution], and then press (OK).

  7. Press to select a value, and then press (OK).

    Available value settings

    75dpi,100dpi,150dpi,200dpi*,300dpi,400dpi,600dpi

    * indicates the factory default setting.

  8. Press or .

    Scanning starts.
