Editing the Sender Name (Originator)

You can change the sender name (originator) that is printed on a sent fax. To change the name, you must register the originator name in advance.

Before using the following function, check that the [TTI] setting is enabled.

Only use alphanumeric characters for [Sender ID].

If you set [Sender ID], the name is automatically registered to [TTI 1].

Registering the Originator Name

You can register up to three sender names (originators).

Press (SETTING).
Press to select [Admin Setup], and then press (OK).
Enter the administrator password.

The factory default password is "aaaaaa".

Entering Characters
Select [Enter], and then press (OK).
Press to select [User Install], and then press (OK).
Press to select [TTI Register/Edit], and then press (OK).
Press to select an originator number, and then press (OK).
Enter a name.

You can enter up to 22 characters.
Select [Enter], and then press (OK).
Press until the top screen is displayed.

If you have the sender (originator) name that is frequently used, it is recommended to specify the name as the standard originator name.

Press (SETTING).
Press to select [Admin Setup], and then press (OK).
Enter the administrator password.

The factory default password is "aaaaaa".

Press to select [User Install], and then press (OK).
Press to select [Standard TTI], and then press (OK).
Press to select a sender name (originator) to use, and then press (OK).
Press until the top screen is displayed.
