Sending Data to the Fax Server

  1. Press (FAX).

  2. Set a document in the ADF or on the document glass.

  3. Check that [Fax] is selected, and then press (OK).

  4. Check that [Add Destination] is selected on the start screen, and then press (OK).

  5. Specify a destination.

    Specify a destination in one of the following ways.

    Using Direct Entry

    Selecting from the Phone Book

    Selecting from the Transmission History

  6. Change [Scan Setting] if necessary.

    Scanning Multiple Documents Continuously (Continuous Scan)

    Adjusting the Density (Density)

    Specifying a Scan Resolution (Resolution)

    Setting Scanning for Transmission

  7. Press (START).
