Checking from the Web Page

Select [View Info].

Select [Network] > [TCP/IP].
Memo
If the global address is displayed only with zeros, your router may cause an error.
Checking from the Operator Panel

Press
(SETTING). -
Press
to select [View Info], and then press 
(OK). -
Press
to select [Network], and then press (OK). -
Check that [Network Information] is selected, and then press
(OK).
