Printing Transmission Results Automatically (Transmit Confirmation Report)

Set whether to automatically print transmission results.

Memo

To change the default value, change it from [Admin Setup] > [Fax Setup] > [Default Settings] > [Transmit Confirmation Report].

  1. Press (FAX).

  2. Set a document in the ADF or on the document glass.

  3. Check that [Fax] is selected, and then press (OK).

  4. Press to select [Fax Functions], and then press (OK).

  5. Press to select [Transmit Confirmation Report], and then press (OK).

  6. Press to select [ON], and then press (OK).

  7. Press until the start screen is displayed.

  8. Specify a destination.

    Specify a destination in one of the following ways.

    Using Direct Entry

    Selecting from the Phone Book

    Using a One-touch Key

    Selecting from the Transmission History and Reception History

  9. Press (START).

    Transmission starts.
