Check the free space in memory.

Click [Start], and then select [All Programs] > [Okidata] > [Configuration Tool] > [Configuration Tool].

Select [Storage Manager] from the [Plug-in] menu, and then click the device name of the machine.

Check [free space] of the storage from the device resource information.

Print the documents received with the confidential transmission.

Delete the documents stored in the bulletin board box.

This machine does not support the number display line.

If you connect the machine to the line to which you have made a contract of the number display service, and connect a telephone that supports the number display service to the machine, set [Ring Response] to [10 seconds], [15 seconds], or [20 seconds].
